The brand-new ship Celebrity Ascent will soon be launching for the fleet, and we have details on some of the debuting food experiences guests will be able to enjoy on the ship.

Celebrity Ascent will launch in November 2023 as the fourth ship in the Edge Class, but she won’t just be repeating the same experiences of her sisters.
One of the most exciting changes Is the addition of a new seven-course, plant-based menu to Eden.
This vibrant space is already one of the best locations on Celebrity’s ships but now will offer a fantastic menu to guests who prefer a vegan diet, including dishes such as golden beet-tomato ceviche, roasted glazed celeriac steak, and ajoblanco panna cotta.
There’s also a redesign of Le Voyage, with an international menu created by Chef Daniel Boulud. And the Chef’s Table is an even more exclusive venue than before, with just six seats, for a truly intimate experience.
The ship will feature four main restaurants, each with its own unique menu. These are Cosmopolitan (New American cuisine), Cyprus (Mediterranean cuisine), Normandie (French contemporary cuisine), and Tuscan (Italian cuisine).
The ship will also feature new drinking experiences too, including two hand-selected barrels of whiskey thanks to a new partnership with WhistlePig Whiskey. There will be tasting experiences available to guests as part of this new partnership.
Old favourites return to the ship, too, including the signature Martini Bar and the Flair Bartender shows, where the ship’s expert mixologists put on a real show while serving some fine cocktails as part of a dance routine.
