Royal Caribbean’s fourth Icon-class vessel, Hero of the Seas, has completed a major construction phase with the final hull block now lifted into place at Meyer Turku Shipyard in Finland.

The 248,633 gross tonne ship reached this critical milestone on 17th July 2026, marking the completion of her hull construction and allowing the shipyard to shift focus towards preparing the vessel for delivery next year.
