A new themed cruise holiday has been announced for 2024, themed around arguably the world’s biggest pop star, Taylor Swift.
Named after the singer’s current Eras tour, the ‘In My Cruise Era’ sailing will depart from Miami on 21st October 2024, the day after the Miami leg of the tour concludes.
The cruise will not feature an appearance by Taylor herself and is not officially affiliated with the artist. Instead, it has been organised by travel agents who are fans of the singer, and who are putting together a full programme of Swift-themed events for each night.
Guests can expect these to include karaoke, quizzes, dancing events and a special cocktail party, with outfit themes to revolve around different eras of Swift’s career on each night.
The ship for the cruise is Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas, one of the biggest ships in the world. The four-day cruise will include calls at CocoCay, the cruise line’s private island resort, and Nassau in the Bahamas.
Cabins start from around £1,200 without flights for the four night cruise, based on two sharing.
