Regent Seven Seas Cruises has revealed a new collection of bars, lounges and speciality cocktails for Seven Seas Prestige, its forthcoming luxury cruise ship scheduled to enter service in December 2026.

The new beverage programme will introduce an Italian-inspired cocktail bar, Mediterranean drinks at two dining venues and an exclusive cocktail created specifically for the ship.

The announcement, made on 6th October 2026, comes as Regent prepares to launch its first new class of ship in a decade. Seven Seas Prestige is scheduled to begin its maiden voyage from Miami on 28th December 2026.

The 76,550-gross-tonne vessel will accommodate guests in 411 suites, supported by 630 crew members. Although the ship will be approximately 40% larger than the company’s previous vessels, it will carry only 10% more passengers.

Its expanded public spaces will include several new dining and entertainment facilities, with the latest announcement providing further details about the onboard drinking and social venues.

New Cocktail Bar And Mediterranean Drinks

One of the principal additions aboard Seven Seas Prestige will be Galileo’s Bar, a new venue inspired by Italian aperitivo traditions and the astronomer Galileo Galilei.

The bar will focus on pre-dinner drinks, with a particular emphasis on variations of the Negroni.

Its dedicated Negroni Observatory menu will include several interpretations of the Italian cocktail, alongside drinks inspired by astronomy and the night sky.

Among the new creations is the Comet Negroni, combining Italicus, Beefeater Gin and Noilly Prat Vermouth.

The Astronomer’s Negroni will offer an alternative combination featuring mezcal, Beefeater Gin and Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino.

Other drinks will include the Dark Matter Espresso Martini, prepared with Amaro Montenegro, vodka and espresso, and Jupiter’s Garden, which combines gin, Frangelico and fresh basil.

The Venetian Moon will feature gin, lychee, lemon and basil, while passengers avoiding alcohol will be able to order the Orbit Zero Espresso Martini, made using Lyre’s Dark Cane, Lyre’s Amaretti and espresso.

The introduction of Galileo’s Bar forms part of a wider effort to give individual venues aboard Seven Seas Prestige their own beverage selections.

Wesley D’Silva, President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, said:

“Seven Seas Prestige represents an exciting evolution for Regent, and that same innovative vision extends to every aspect of the guest experience, including our bars, lounges, and beverage offerings,”

Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences will feature prominently at Azure, one of the ship’s new restaurants.

The dining venue will serve mezze-style dishes alongside cocktails incorporating herbs, citrus fruits and regional ingredients.

Its drinks menu will include the Monastery Sour, made with Benedictine, brandy, lemon juice and thyme syrup, served over crushed ice with a thyme garnish.

Another option, the Beet and Pear Sour, will combine pear vodka, fresh beetroot juice, lemon juice, thyme syrup and egg white.

The Provence Bloom will feature elderflower liqueur, lavender syrup, lemon juice, peach purée, gin and tonic water.

Passengers seeking a non-alcoholic accompaniment to their meal will also have a selection of flavoured waters infused with cucumber, lemon, orange or pomegranate.

A separate Mediterranean-inspired drinks selection is being introduced at Solmar Terrace, an outdoor dining venue associated with Compass Rose.

Here, the focus will be on wines, cocktails and alcohol-free drinks suited to daytime dining.

The Pearl of the Riviera will combine Grey Goose La Poire, Cocchi Americano, Luxardo Aperitivo and Prosecco.

Another new drink, Imperial Yuzu, will feature Junmai daiginjo sake, yuzu sake liqueur, Italicus Bergamot Liqueur and Prosecco.

The menu will also include a Harissa Bloody Mary, incorporating vodka, Bloody Mary mix, harissa paste and lemon juice.

A Mediterranean Paloma will combine blanco tequila, pink grapefruit, rosemary honey and soda water.

Two alcohol-free options have also been confirmed. The Orchard Fizz will feature apple juice, lemon and rosemary, while the Dark ‘n Spicy will combine Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit, lime juice, ginger beer and sugar-free vanilla syrup.

Beyond the newly announced menus, passengers will have access to several established Regent venues.

These include the Meridian Lounge, Observation Lounge, Connoisseur Lounge and Coffee Connection, alongside the Prestige Lounge, Casino and outdoor Pool Bar.

Cocktails, wines and spirits will also be available throughout the ship’s restaurants.

Regent has additionally developed a signature cocktail exclusively for Seven Seas Prestige, continuing its practice of creating a dedicated drink for each vessel in the fleet.

The new cocktail will combine Patrón Silver Tequila, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, lime juice, egg white, agave syrup and grapefruit or orange bitters.

It will be served with a dehydrated lime wheel and Himalayan salt.

Seven Seas Prestige Prepares For December Maiden Voyage

The new beverage concepts are among several features Regent has announced for Seven Seas Prestige ahead of its December introduction.

The ship will offer 12 accommodation categories, including four new suite types.

Among them is the Skyview Regent Suite, which the company describes as the largest all-inclusive, ultra-luxury cruise ship suite ever created.

All accommodation aboard the vessel will feature a balcony.

Dining will be another major element of the ship’s facilities, with 11 dining experiences planned.

Alongside Azure and Solmar Terrace, passengers will find Regent restaurants including Compass Rose, Prime 7, Pacific Rim, Chartreuse and Sette Mari at La Veranda.

La Veranda, Pool Grill and Coffee Connection will provide additional dining options, while 24-hour in-suite dining will also be available.

Other facilities will include the largest Serene Spa & Wellness complex in the Regent fleet, together with the new Solara Sports Deck and Solara Pool Deck.

The ship’s Starlight Atrium will feature a crystal light installation that will form the centrepiece of Lumière, a new evening sound-and-light production.

Seven Seas Prestige is scheduled to begin its inaugural season with an 11-night roundtrip Caribbean cruise departing Miami on 28th December 2026.

The itinerary will include destinations in Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Jamaica and the Cayman Islands.

Its first season will comprise 12 voyages across the Caribbean and Europe.

Following its initial Caribbean programme, the ship is scheduled to cross the Atlantic for itineraries exploring the Iberian Peninsula and the French coast, including overnight port stays.

Destinations highlighted for the inaugural season include St. Lucia, Cartagena and Bordeaux, with up to 97 included shore excursions offered on individual voyages.

Seven Seas Prestige is the first of four vessels planned for Regent’s new Prestige Class.

The remaining ships are scheduled for delivery in 2030, 2033 and 2036.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises is part of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, which also operates Norwegian Cruise Line and Oceania Cruises.

The introduction of Seven Seas Prestige will mark the beginning of the company’s next phase of fleet development, with the new bars, restaurants and public spaces forming part of its expanded onboard offering.
